02. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
03. Deposits & refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable but can be transferred once with timely notice. Completed services are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
04. Late arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your reserved session without reducing its cost, out of respect for existing appointments.
05. Respect & boundaries
Mutual respect and consent are essential. Harassment or boundary violations may result in termination, with any refund governed by applicable law.
